As a Realtor® with R. House Real Estate SPM and a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), I offer a dual perspective that bridges brokerage and asset operations. My background spans loan origination, luxury construction finishes, property management, retail lease negotiations, and complex transactional structuring — allowing me to evaluate each opportunity not merely as a transaction, but as a performing asset.

Over the course of my career, I have successfully handled multiple million-dollar transactions across waterfront residential properties, multifamily assets, and commercial spaces. My experience includes canal-front estates, investment duplexes, retail repositioning projects, and advisory work on development assemblages. I am comfortable underwriting deals, analyzing zoning and FAR considerations, structuring leases with detailed CAM allocations, and guiding clients through sophisticated acquisition and disposition strategies.

Born and raised in Miami, I provide hyperlocal insight across Miami-Dade and Broward, with a deep understanding of neighborhood dynamics, municipal nuances, and evolving development patterns. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I operate with clarity, discipline, and responsiveness.
