Born and raised in Miami, Bryant G. Grosso advises buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners throughout South Florida with a focus on residential, commercial, and investment real estate. As a Realtor® Associate with R. House Real Estate SPM and a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), Bryant offers a perspective that combines brokerage, property operations, and investment analysis. His background includes loan origination, luxury residential construction, property management, retail leasing, and commercial negotiations, allowing him to identify opportunities, evaluate risk, and structure transactions with confidence.

Bryant has represented clients in multi-million-dollar residential and commercial transactions throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. From waterfront homes and multifamily investments to retail leasing and mixed-use opportunities, he approaches every assignment with careful analysis, market knowledge, and disciplined execution. His understanding of local municipalities, zoning, condominium operations, and neighborhood trends provides clients with practical insight that extends well beyond the purchase contract.

Working alongside her husband, Bryant, Mey plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the business. She helps ensure every transaction is handled with professionalism, precision, and care while creating a seamless experience from the first conversation through closing.
